Episode 34
March 13th, 2006Well, despite storms, tornadoes, computer crashes, and unexplainable bouts of giggles during recording, we managed to put a show together this week. Here’s what’s in it:
- Aegis Studios is releasing a revised edition of their Contagion RPG in April
- An online resorce for accents
- Author Holly Lisle has a writing podcast
- Check out the D-Orange webcomic
- Found a cool new Celtic-Rock band called Carbon Leaf. They have a lot of free downloadable songs on their website!
- Check out the Ryu-Ki system from Dragon Dog Press
- On the Frugal Gamer this week:
- Random RPG Generator
- Random Computer RPG Generator
- The unrevised version of the Contagion RPG rules
- NPR’s Science Friday
- Hunter, the Reckoning is free for download thru 3/20 at DriveThruRPG
- Domain of Apokolipz podcast(I got the link wrong again! Why am I having such a hard time spelling your domain name? Sorry, Ty! It should be fixed now.)
- It’s Time for Games podcast
- This week’s feature is on running and playing in an evils campaign
- After Serenity podcast
- This week’s Talk Back: Tell us about your experiences playing in or running an evils campaign
- RoundCon in South Carolina - April 28-30
Yes, it’s another long one, but it was longer before I edited out an uncontrollable laughing fit and some general pre and post show goofiness (but if you stick around for the bloopers at the end, you can hear the laughing fit more or less in its entirety.)
